Why this exists
Chinese AI and industrial technology are moving faster than the European reporting on them. Executives here are asked to make decisions about a market they can only see through translation and delay — usually months after the fact, and rarely with the detail that would change anything.
An AI can summarise Chinese sources. It cannot tell you which of them to trust — that takes years of following the same companies closely enough to know.
Who I am
I read the Chinese sources directly, and I have spent twenty years working between the two markets:
- My own company in Beijing
- The China presence I built for an Italian architecture studio
- Eleven years building the China business of an Austrian automotive consultancy
I hold an MBA from WU Vienna and am based in Vienna.
How I work
You get a clear position and the reasoning behind it — not a report you still have to interpret. The reasoning is part of the work, so the conclusion holds up in your own management meeting.
