What I do
SE Incubator Consulting is a Vienna-based consultancy on China. I help European decision-makers understand where Chinese AI and industrial technology really stand — and what that means for their business.
An AI can summarise Chinese sources. It cannot tell you which of them to trust. That takes years of following the same companies closely enough to know.
Typical questions, for example

I'm Ting Wasner-Lian, MBA. I read the Chinese sources directly, and I have spent twenty years working between China and Europe — my own company in Beijing, the China presence I built for an Italian architecture studio, and eleven years building the China business of an Austrian automotive consultancy.
